Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized career plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other members of the career counseling team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field required.
- Professional certification in career counseling (e.g., National Certified Counselor, Certified Career Counselor) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling or related field.
- Strong understanding of career development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in administering career assessment tools and interpreting results.
- Knowledge of job search strategies, resume writing techniques, and interviewing skills.
